Limousine Bus 6703 stops directly at Sinnonhyeon Station and is the most convenient (no transfers; every 50–65 minutes). You can also take AREX → Line 9 Express (about 75–90 minutes, 1 transfer).

Yes. The self-lock luggage storage in the 1F lounge café is free before check-in and after check-out. There are also personal lockers in the room (internal size for suitcase 35×50×85cm; for bags 18×47×45cm).

1) If you left your keycard in your room or locker: During front desk hours, visit the 1F front desk for a reissue. After front desk hours, use 1:1 assistance on the 1F kiosk or scan the nighttime QR code in common areas to contact us; after verification, we will reissue your keycard via the kiosk. 2) If you lost your keycard: A reissue fee applies in principle, but the first reissue is free. From the second loss onward, a reissue fee of 20,000원 per card applies. Note: If you need a reissue, please check the front desk hours and follow the nighttime guidance as applicable.

If I lose my keycard in a capsule or locker, how can I get out?

Accepted Answer

Common areas have an emergency exit button. If you lost your keycard or left it in the locker and cannot exit a common area, press the escape button located below the card reader at any common-area exit to leave. To re-enter, you must tap your keycard. If you lost your card, request a reissue at the front desk or via nighttime 1:1 assistance.

I booked via a platform (Agoda, Expedia, Booking.com, Yanolja, etc.). How do I cancel or change my booking?

Previously we occasionally made exceptions on site (e.g., gender or room changes), but due to repeated disputes and refund requests from providing rooms different from the original booking, from Q2 2026 we follow the same check-in standards as the website and each platform’s policies. 1. If you booked via https://hotelat.com: Website bookings are managed directly by the hotel. Cancellation/change rules (e.g., non-refundable from 3 days before check-in) may vary by reservation. Send us the booker’s name and stay dates; we will check the policy and advise if changes or cancellations are possible. 2. If you booked via a platform (e.g., Agoda, Expedia): We are not authorized to process gender changes, cancellations, refunds, or modifications for platform bookings. Please check the platform’s cancellation/refund policy and contact its customer service to request schedule/room changes or alternative accommodation support. Platform bookings cannot be handled directly by the hotel, and most platforms do not provide a direct contact channel to the hotel; we appreciate your understanding.

What time is checkout?

Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and 24-hour kiosk self check-in is available. If you need to stay past checkout, please see late checkout.

Can I arrive late at night or early in the morning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer 24-hour unmanned kiosk self check-in, so late-night or early-morning arrivals are fine. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM; if you arrive earlier, you can leave luggage at the 1F 24-hour self-storage, enjoy nearby plans, then check in at the kiosk at check-in time.

Is early check-in or a shower before check-in possible?

Room use and showers are available only after check-in. Early check-in costs ₩10,000 per hour and is possible only when a room with completed cleaning is available that day, after front-desk confirmation. Advance reservations for early check-in are not accepted; it is available only after same-day front confirmation. If you arrive earlier, please use the 1F self-storage (24h).

Is parking available? Is it free?

Free parking is not provided. Hotel parking is paid at ₩30,000 per car (spaces may be limited). If hotel parking is unavailable or you prefer another option, nearby public parking or Modu Parking is recommended.

I booked the wrong gender floor. Can I change or get a refund?

Accepted Answer

We operate floor 3 women-only and floor 4 men-only. If you booked the wrong gender, room changes or refunds are generally not possible (wrong-gender bookings affect the opposite gender’s inventory). For OTA bookings (Agoda, Booking.com, etc.), please contact that platform’s customer service. Entering the wrong gender floor/room unauthorized can cause problems—please contact the front desk or kiosk before entering.

Can the hotel cancel, change, or refund my booking?

For platform bookings, the hotel cannot cancel, change, or refund directly. Please check each platform’s policy and contact their customer service. Only direct bookings via hotelat.com can be handled by the hotel, and rules vary by reservation. Free cancellation may be reviewed with proof (e.g. flight cancel/delay); simple schedule changes, ordinary illness, or wrong-gender bookings may not be refundable. Share the guest name and stay dates and we will guide you after checking.

Building access is available 24 hours. Address: 27-6, Sapyeong-daero 53-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul. If the front door is hard to open, use the door on the right rear side. Check in at the 1F kiosk. If you lose your room key or cannot pass elevator/floor security: before 9:00 PM ask 1F staff; after 9:00 PM use the kiosk Help button or the QR chat in the kiosk/elevator/hallway.

Is late checkout available?

Availability depends on same-day inventory and operations, and it is paid at ₩10,000 per hour. After payment, the key expiry (checkout) time must be updated in the system for smooth access—please confirm with the front desk or staff that the key/checkout time has been applied.

I left a quiet room / upper–lower bunk request on the OTA. Is it guaranteed?

OTA “special requests” are not guaranteed. Upper and lower bunks are sold as different products with different rates from the start, so free lower-bunk assignment or changes are not available. Lower bunks are priced higher, so changing from an upper to a lower bunk is possible only on the check-in day when a lower bunk is available, after on-site confirmation, and with an additional ₩10,000 payment. The only exception is the Deluxe Women capsule product, where upper and lower bunks cost the same. If a specific bunk matters, please book that product at reservation.

I’m on a consecutive stay but can’t arrive on the first night. What happens?

For consecutive stays, you usually keep the same room and mid-stay checkout is not required. Even if you miss day 1, next-day check-in is possible. Retroactive free cancellation for a night already passed is not available. Advance cancel/change follows the rules of where you booked (platform or website).

How do towels, cleaning, and linen work?

Towels are provided in shared showers and lockers. Room and common-area cleaning runs roughly 11:00 AM–4:00 PM. For stays of 4+ nights, full linen change is done every 3 nights. For earlier change, ask the front desk or kiosk.

Lost or unreturned room key (card key) incurs ₩20,000. If you left it in the room or locker: before 9:00 PM ask 1F staff; after that, request reissue via kiosk Help / QR chat.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. If something is wrong right after check-in, contact the front desk or kiosk immediately. We record CCTV across the property; if we confirm issues such as linen not changed, we help with a free refund. If not confirmed, or if the hotel can provide proof such as change records, free cancel/refund may not be possible.

How do you handle lost items, and what if nothing is found?

When housekeeping finds a lost item during cleaning, we photograph it, record the details, and store it in our lost-and-found area. If your item is found we will contact you; if it is not found after our search under this process, we will let you know. Even when an item is found, we do not ship it — pickup is in person at the hotel only.

Yes. Please book an additional night for the same room type as your current stay, then message us with the new booking details so we can arrange the extension. If you book a different type and the following day is fully booked for your current type, you may need to change rooms.
